The Cross Falls Homeowners Association (CFHOA) is one of five HOAs associated with the Loveton Farms subdivision located in Sparks, MD.
CFHOA represents 95 homes located on:

HOA dues are $318.00 bi-annually, and are due July and January of each year.

WHAT SERVICES DO MY DUES COVER?
We're glad you asked!
Your dues mainly cover common ground maintenance including care for trees, shrubs and grass. This includes leaf removal in the fall and snow removal, as necessary. The HOA also maintains all the common sidewalks (not the portion to each person's house) and the asphalt parking pads.
HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH BALTIMORE COUNTY TO REPORT AN ISSUE?
To report an issue, use the Baltimore County website For example, you may submit a request to have any pot holes addressed.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A BURNED OUT STREET LIGHT?
Please go to BGE's site to report an outage.
